Peter's Asan Series Practice Photos Click on the links below to view the photos of the other asan series. Note : All the asans are not practiced in one session, unless I am in a crazy mood. It is enough to take one or two asans in each series for one session. Remember - no strain, there should be a smile on the face while doing the asan, not a grimace!
Also remember, I am not a yoga professional, just an amateur, so the poses are not perfect. They are not meant to teach you how to do the pose, just to give you an idea of it. Also, remember, perfection in the pose is not an objective, each of us should do each pose, to the best of our ability, and not compare it with how anyone else is doing it. And if we can't do a particular pose, not to worry - just do another one from the same series that you can manage. Don't try to force yourself to do something you can't manage at the moment.
